Toddler and Child Sleepytime Package: 18 months and up
This program is designed to meet your child’s specific sleep needs with the goal being to help your child learn how to develop healthy sleep habits. I will address your child’s sleep issues and develop a comprehensive plan of how to fix them.
Included in the Toddler and Child Sleepytime Package:
This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits and routines that you’ll fill out prior to our meeting. (Having this information in advance helps us make the most of our time together.)
Private Consultation 60-90 Minute
During the consultation (phone or video) I will go over your child’s customized sleep plan, discuss specific strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address bedtime, naptime, night wakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with.
Customized Sleep Plan
I will prepare a fully customized sleep plan that will address your child’s individual needs. It will provide you with clear and easy to follow steps to teach your child healthy sleep habits.
Five Follow Up Phone Calls
These calls are the most important part of the process so we can ensure the plan is successful. These calls last 15 minutes and take place during the three weeks following our consultation. The first call will take place the first day after you implement the plan. During our follow up calls, we will discuss your child’s progress, how to deal with any setbacks you might be having, talk about what you can expect next, and answer any general questions.
Three Weeks of Unlimited Email Support
I want to ensure I am supporting you as much as you need! You can email me any questions you have for three weeks beginning the day you implement your sleep plan. I will respond to you within one business day.
At the end of the three weeks I will send you information to help you tackle any challenges that could come up with your child’s sleep. The topics include: teething, travel tips, sickness, and daylight savings.
