Sleepless Night and Exhausting days Leaving You burnt out?
My Sleep Course can give you a light at the end of the tunnel.

Imagine your baby sleeping
10 -12 hours a night
Uninterrupted.
Uninterrupted. That would be life-changing, wouldn’t it? Especially if your little one is currently waking every few hours… which is waking you every few hours. Here’s the thing: When everyone is getting the sleep they need, the whole family is happier and healthier.
It may seem impossible right now, but change like this isn’t some far-off miracle. With the right tools from my sleep course, your little one can be the amazing sleeper you always dreamed of.
And together, we can make that your new reality.

Introducing the course to end all others
When you enroll in the Baby Sleep Course, you’ll be equipped to address exactly what’s keeping you up at night. And the best part? You’ll feel confident that when you put your baby down to sleep, they will stay asleep all night. No more worrying about when the next waking will happen.
Here’s the great news: this change won’t take weeks or months to accomplish. In a matter of days, you’ll begin to see changes in your child’s sleep habits.

Here's what you'll gain from this Video course:
- Teach your baby to fall asleep independently
- Ensure your child is getting the age-appropriate sleep they need
- End the constant night wakings
- Help your child sleep 10-12 hours each night
- Ensure your child takes restful naps each day
- Understand sleep on a deeper level
Let's explore inside the video course
This 2-week long video course is designed to help your 4-16 month old learn the skills of good sleep by providing a comprehensive step-by-step guide (along with the video modules) that you can implement with your little one.
If you implement the tools you learn, you’ll see progress within a few nights.
Module 1: Welcome (Before You Begin) Let’s go through a few things you need to know before beginning your sleep journey!
Module 2: Goals – We’ll begin by evaluating your goals for your child’s sleep. Afterall, we can’t reach our destination if we don’t know where we’re going.
Module 3: Daily Schedule – All children have their own sleep and awake needs. In this module, you’ll learn how to create a daily schedule for your child.
Module 4: Sleep Environment – Learn how to create the perfect sleep environment for your child so that their sleep space is a sleep sanctuary.
Module 5: Nights – Sleepless nights won’t be an issue much longer. We’ll go through the entire nighttime process, starting with the bedtime routine.
Module 6: Morning – How you start your day with your child matters! Learn how to approach each morning to set them up for the best sleep possible.
Module 7: Naps – In this module, you’ll learn when your child should ideally take naps and how to help them fall asleep quickly and independently.
Module 8: What to Expect – The journey to better sleep takes time and may look different for each family. Here’s a few things that you can expect.
Module 9: Getting Extra Support – If you find you need extra support on this journey, here’s how you can get the help you need!
What to expect
Throughout this course, you will learn how to help your child fall asleep on their own, without external props. As with any change to your child’s habits and patterns, protest and crying can be expected. It is not possible to predict the amount of protest from each individual child because there are so many factors to take into account – baby’s temperament/personality and accumulated sleep debt – but I will equip you with tools to know how to ensure your child is getting the sleep they need.

Although it may be hard for you to hear your little one cry, crying is a healthy form of communication for babies, which allows them to express their feelings. When you implement the tools you learn in this course, you can expect your little one to take about an hour to fall asleep on night 1. The first night will be the hardest, as everyone is getting used to new changes.
I will never ask you to leave your child to cry alone, nor will I ask you to ignore their cries. I do not teach the “Cry it Out (CIO) Method”, where you lay your baby down to sleep for the night, leave the room, and do not return until morning. During the course, I use a more gentle approach, where you support your baby while they learn independent sleep skills. In fact, you can stay in your child’s room the entire time!
As each night goes on, you can expect that it gets easier – your little one takes less time to fall asleep, they protest/cry less, and you become more confident as you help your child learn a new skill. In the end, you will get a happier, well-rested baby!
I'm Kendra
And together, we can turn your sleepless nights into your wildest dreams.
When I was a new mom, my son was a terrible sleeper. There were so many things to research before bringing a baby home, but sleep was not on the radar. Unfortunately, I struggled immensely with the lack of sleep, and when the 4-month regression hit and he was up every 45 minutes, I resorted to doing what I knew would get him to sleep: nursing. Eventually, with time and consistency, I was able to get him sleeping, and our entire family life changed!
Not only were we able to get more sleep, but I started to feel like myself again. Everyday tasks became easier to complete, and I finally had time to do things that were important to me. I know that when you’re in exhausted days, it’s easy to believe that you’ll be stuck there forever. I want you to know that change is possible. All it takes is one step forward.
So if you want someone to hold your hand every step of the way, I can be there for you.
